Class Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Sometimes life happens and a person needs to cancel their class reservation. Please help the Golden Eagle continue to be able to offer our wonderful art classes and programs for kids and adults by reading and adhering to our cancellation and refund policies.

Cancellations:
The Golden Eagle opts to cancel our classes when enrollment minimums are not met. Class and workshop cancellations are determined up to the day before the class starts. Camp cancellations are determined no fewer than five days before camp starts. If we decide to cancel a class, workshop or camp, students will be given the option of keeping their refund on account to be used toward a future class or to purchase supplies at the store, or be given a full refund.

Refunds:

If a student chooses to withdraw from a class, workshop or camp,

  • a full refund will be issued if Golden Eagle is notified up to five days before class begins

  • a 50% refund will be issued four or fewer days prior to the first class.

  • no refunds will be given after the start of the first class.


Camp Cancellations:

  • a full refund will be issued with five or more days notice.

  • no refunds (full or partial) will be issued four days or fewer before a camp session begins, for any reason, including illness.
