2-Day Botanical Watercolor Workshop

Service Description

September 26th & 27th 1:30pm-4:30pm In this two-day workshop, we will explore the beautiful combination of organic watercolors and botanicals. You will understand how to utilize water to paint flowers and plants from a still life setting. Exploring the world of color and how to move it around to mimic the natural tendencies of petals and stems, we will dive deep into the anatomy of the plant and how to understand planes as well as vantage points to make your paintings come alive with realism. We will also go over composition and basic watercolor fundamentals to help you achieve confidence in the medium. Supplies can be purchased with a student discount at The Golden Eagle.
