During this class students will learn the basic techniques that they need in order to create mixed media pieces of their own! (Ages 8-14).

JEWELRY MAKING
(Ages 14 and up)

This workshop will allow you to deisgn and create a beautiful piece of jewelry using fine silver precisou metal clay (PMC3), paste, amd syringe clay. Your piece will be kilm-fired after the first class, and you will finish it in the second class. Tools will be provided for in-class use; students may purchase additional clay product if desired.

ENCAUSTIC
We are proud to be able to offer this very old form of painting. Artists will layer, collage and transfer image using this ancient wax painting medium. Students will need to be available for 3 consecutive classes. All materials are included. All ability levels are welcome. (Ages 8 and up).

QUICK SEW WORKSHOPS
Ages 8-12
In these quick-sew two hour workshops we spend some time learning the required technique, discuss design options, and complete a project - all in two hours! Sewing playfully trains focus, simple calculus, and motor skills. The no-mistake approach in this class gives children great pride in their work and encourages a lifelong joy in sewing.
